Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

Because each piece is individually designed and handcrafted as a one-of-a-kind item, we encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Return Process  
To request a return, please contact us at zhaobinsnow@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items  
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Non-Returnable Items  
Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
