Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from the United States.

Processing Time  
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.  
Because each piece is individually designed and finished, processing times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time  
We currently ship within the United States only.  
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking provided once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Fees  
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.  
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Tracking  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Issues  
Serica Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to redirect or replace packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages  
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you promptly.
